Too many women go through life feeling like they never really know what's happening in their bodies. When is my period coming? Why do I feel irritable? How do I connect to my femininity? Where did my libido go? This lack of understanding leads to a belief that the body is unpredictably mysterious and disruptive to our optimal functioning. However, like nature, our bodies are created with intention and order, perfectly capable of restoring balance and orbiting in harmony.
Deeper Feminine is an innovative course that explores the female body and how it functions to aid women in having their very best experience of their body. Curated by Muslim women, this course explores the science of femininity, rituals of womanhood, and sanctity of sexuality from a faith-based perspective. Where other courses for women of faith focus on social conduct, marital rights, motherhood, etc., Deepening the Feminine Connection aims to restore each woman's power to navigate her own vessel.
What is Deeper Feminine?
Deeper Feminine provides Muslim women with faith-compatible, evidence-based instruction about holistic self-care and sacred sexuality.
We offer a self-paced online course that explores the many beautiful facets of womanhood and how to experience the very best of what your female body was designed to offer.
Through our five course modules you will learn how to tune out self-sabotaging thoughts, behaviors, and patterns, so you can access peak feminine healing, power, and vitality. Join us in rediscovering the mystery and majesty of the female body.
This course is for you:
- if you want to grow in your understanding and appreciation of the female body
- if you struggle with period problems/hormonal imbalance and want to learn nutritional, lifestyle, and self-care practices to heal them
- if you want to embrace a whole experience of womanhood that is not limited to rights and roles
- if you're in need of healing tools to practice and share with your sisters (and pass on to your daughters)
- if you want to discover feminine rituals that have been used by women around the world for centuries
