Too many women go through life feeling like they never really know what's happening in their bodies.  When is my period coming?  Why do I feel irritable?  How do I connect to my femininity?  Where did my libido go?  This lack of understanding leads to a belief that the body is unpredictably mysterious and disruptive to our optimal functioning.  However, like nature, our bodies are created with intention and order, perfectly capable of restoring balance and orbiting in harmony.

Deepening the Feminine Connection is an innovative course that explores the female body and how it functions to aid women in having their very best experience of their body.  Curated by Muslim women, this course explores the science of femininity, rituals of womanhood, and sanctity of sexuality from a faith-based perspective.  Where other courses for women of faith focus on social conduct, marital rights, motherhood, etc., Deepening the Feminine Connection is aimed at restoring each woman's power to navigate her own vessel.
